IPM and Pesticide Applications in Minnesota Schools

Robyn Frederick, Senior Recertification Project Manager with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and Associate Certified Entomologist with the Entomological Society of America, and Marissa Behr, State Program Administrator, Exam Administration with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture introduce Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and how it applies to Minnesota schools. As a pest-management professional, an employee or an administrator of a Minnesota school, you’ll learn how to safely handle pesticides (herbicides, insecticides, rodenticides) or oversee applications being made by others to ensure the protection of all children who attend.
